They will tell you how to survive a pandemic and not go crazy with fear.

8. Confess that you are afraid

The situation is not very pleasant, people are dying all over the world, the number of infected people is growing steadily. In order not to tremble with fear, you must first recognize it. There is nothing shameful about this. To solve a problem, you need to accept it. A group of psychologists from the University of California, Los Angeles, who studied the fear of a particular subject or action, came to the conclusion that it is necessary to speak out your fears out loud.

If you don’t have anyone to discuss them with, tell everything to a mirror, a cat or your favorite soft toy. Determine what you are most afraid of: a deterioration in well-being, illness of loved ones or disruption of plans. Roskomnadzor warned the media and information resources of the Internet about responsibility for disseminating false information. They will take the most severe measures, including the deprivation of licenses and restrictions on access to resources. In relation to individuals - administrative responsibility and a fine of up to 100 thousand rubles for the first violation, the second will cost 300 thousand rubles.

4. Trust the doctors

If you find yourself showing signs of coronavirus, consult a specialist. As experience shows, even infectious disease doctors cannot cope with the disease on their own. The list of drugs in the fight against coronavirus is already known, but these are just recommendations. Each case is individual, do not risk your health.

Do not refuse hospitalization, the hospital has all the necessary equipment, and if there is a threat to life, doctors will help. Do not think about the bad. Yes, there are those who could not defeat the disease, but the number of deaths is not so great. Most people recover.

3. Do useful things.

If you have children, this is a great occasion to spend time with the whole family. Play, be creative, take a walk. Oh, by the way, about walking. You will rest not only with your body, but also with your soul.

2. Do not worry if everything goes wrong

Yes, to celebrate a birthday in a restaurant is also unlikely to succeed, and the purchase of a car will have to be postponed. Prices are rising, people are unemployed, the economy is suffering from a coronavirus. There are many reasons for experiences, but are they worth it?

Now the main thing is your health and the health of your loved ones, not a career or a trip to Europe. Think of the good. If this does not help you, think about the bad.
